Lines & Wrinkles for Men: Understanding Your Treatment Options

Men considering treatment for facial lines and wrinkles have several options, and what is suitable depends on individual assessment. This page is intended as background information for anyone thinking about a consultation. It is not a promotion of any specific treatment, and no treatment is agreed until you have been seen by our prescribing clinician.

Non-Prescription Options

Options such as chemical peels, skin boosters, and microneedling can address texture and fine lines without needing a prescriber assessment.

Our talented team of clinicians has the knowledge, skill, and experience to be able to deliver first-class service with subtlety and precision. We ensure that you are comfortable throughout all your appointments with us, from initial consultation right through to final treatment.

Prescription only options

For lines caused by repeated muscle movement, such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet, a prescription only medicine, commonly known as Botox, is sometimes used. It works by temporarily relaxing the targeted muscle. This is only available following a one to one consultation with our prescribing clinician, Dr Helen, who will assess whether it is appropriate for you, discuss what is involved, and answer any questions. No dosage, plan, or price is confirmed until after this assessment.

Treatment is tailored to individual preference. Some men prefer a barely noticeable result, while others prefer a more visible change, and this is discussed at consultation rather than decided in advance.
